Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS - The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate St change water in Garfield County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6616 (61 Area) Edward L. Foster and Mary L. Foster, P. O. Box 974, Cedar City, Utah 84720 propose to change the point of diversion, place, St nature of use of .50 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Ell Wilson Award St the Blanche Showalter Award Page 9, Cox Decree. The water has been diverted from So. Fork Sevier River and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for Irrigation as decreed in the Cox Decree.
