PARR, JOHN L. PARR, IMOGENE C. PARR Contest 10446 against Gray-stone, Pinyon, Juniper, Blue Jay placer mining claims, described as being in T. 37 S R. 2 W., S. L. Mer, Utah. W. W. WILLIAMS, BYRON DAVIES. GARDA DAVIES, BERT STO RES, SHERMAN DAVIS. MEL DA DAVIS, HOBERT FELT-NER, GLENDA FELTNER Contest 10451 against 'Williams Nos. 1 through 4 placer mining claims, described as being in T. 37 S., R. 2 W., S. L. Mer., Utah. You, and each you, your heirs, representatives, and as- signs, are hereby notified that the United States of America has insituted a contest pursuant to 43 CFR 1852, and TiUe 30 I'SCA. section 40, against those certain mining claims set forth above situated in the County of Garfield, State of Utah. A Complaint has been filed by the United States of America requesting that said mining claims be invalidated and declared null and void on the charge that: (1) the land involved is nominal in character. (2) no discovery of valuable minerals has been made in the above described mining claims. The contest is pending in the ' .and Office, Bureau of I-and Management. Post Office Box No. 11505, Federal Building, 125 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Unless an answer to the complaint is filed in such office within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, the allegations of , the complaint will be tr.ken as confessed and the contest will be decided without a hearing. This notice will be published on the following dates, to wit: November 16, 23. 30; Decern-ber 7, 14, 1967, being at least once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks.
