Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, through out the entire year unless otherwise designated Locations are SLB&M. a 5317. New Escalante Irrigation Co., co Melvin Alvey, Pres., Escalante, Utah, proposes to change the method of use of 40 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by the Hayes Decree, dated June 25, 1919, as amended by Ch. App. No. a-1894. Cert, a-225, (97-1200). The wa ter has been diverted from Escalante River at a point N. 310 ft. and E. 800 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 10, T35S. R2E, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for stockwatering of 2500 cattle and for supplemental irrigation of 2617.58 acs . but limit ed to sole supply of 2000 acs. in Sees. 10, 11, 12, T35S, R2E, Sees. 7. 8, 9. 16, 17, 18, 20, 21. 27, 28, 29, 32. 33, 34. T35S, R 3 E. Sees. 3, 4, 10, T36S, R3E. Hereafter, 40.0 sec.-ft. of wa ter is to be diverted as hereto fore, conveyed 4885 ft. to Wide Hollow Reservoir, having the capacity to allow this storage during the period March 1 to Oct. 31. The application has been corrected and now proposes to divert 3.5 sec-ft of water from Deer Creek at a point S. 1302 ft. and W. 960 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 4. T34S, R 5 E. to be used for domestic purposes of one family, for stockwatering of 300 cattle, 8 horses, and from Apr 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 175 acs. All uses in Ut 6. Box 178, Beaver, Utah. 20.0 ac.-ft. of water from Echard Canyon Creek, Brady Canyon Creek and Dog Valley Area, at a point N. 425 ft and W. 65 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 32, T.31S. R5W, which point is the centerline of an earthen dam 4 ft. in height, creating a reservoir with 20 ac.-ft. capa city, inundating 5 acs. In SE said Sec. 32. The water will be stored during the entire year and used for stockwatering of 200 cattle and wildlife and from May 1 to Dec. 1 for domestic purposes of one family.
