Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and exchange water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6345 (97-3) Paul Steed. Escalante, Utah, proposes to change the place of use of 1.5 sec.-ft. andor 180 ac-ft. of water as evidenced by UGW Nos. 8. 1272, and 1440, Escalante River Division Code No. 97. The water has been diverted from Alvey Wash at a point S. 955 ft. W. 500 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R3E, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 60.0 acres within parts of NEV4SE14, N-WV4SE14, SEJ4SEK, Sec. 34, T35S, R3E. Hereafter, 1.5 sec.-ft andor 180 ac-ft. of water is to be diverted as heretofor described and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for irrigation of 440 acres, but limited to 60 seres within parts of SE 14. Sec. 34, T35S, R3E; NWUNWU Sec. 2, T-36S, R3E; SEi4, SHNWV Sec. 2, T36S, R3E. Exchange 385 (61 -Area) John J. Langdon, 24641 Penfield Street, El Toro, California, seeks the right to exchange .08 sec.-ft. of water as evidenced by West Panguitch Irrigation and Reservoir Co., and A ward in Sevier River Decree, p. 21. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at a point E. 1900 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W, and used for irrigation purposes. Hereafter, .08 sec.-ft. of water will be released Into the Panguitch Creek, and .08 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from an 8-in. weU, 100-200 ft. deep at a point S 150 ft E. 500 ft. from N4 Cor Sec. 17, T34S, R5W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, 28 campground units including a wash and bath house, and from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for irrigation of 0.5 acre within N-WNEK See. 17. T34S, R5W Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114, on or before December 28, 1970.
