This schedule will be $200 less without proper certification, i.e. Librarian. Counselor, Teacher, Principals, etc. 2. Teachers without proper degree will receive 5 per cent () less than the step on the salary schedule. The tenth step is the maximum. 3. Teachers employed beyond the regular school year shall receive 140 of the annual salary for each week of extra employment. Half-day teaching will be figured at 1 '80 of the annual salary for each week of extra employment. 4. Personnel employed for more than nine months shall receive 10 per cent () of salary for each additional month employed. 5. Coaches shall receive (100 additional for each major sport coached where lnter-school competition Is featured. 6. Coaches of marching units that engage in inter-school festivals or exhibitions will receive $75 additional. 7. Teaching principals of one-teacher schools will recieve $200 additional and teaching principals of two-teacher school will receive $300 additional. 8. Allowances will be given for special education teachers - -$200 additional, and provisional - - - $100 additional.
