Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications-have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLB&M a-6231 Arnold Button, Escal-ante, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of 0.015 sec -ft out of a total of 0.1 sec ft. of water as evidenced by App. No. 32331 (97-86) as amended by a-4778. The water has been diverted from an 8 34-in well, 52 ft. deep at a point N. 1900 ft. W, 1000 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 20, T35S, R3F and used for domestic purposes for 1 family, stock-watering of 124 cattle within Sec. 20, T35S, R3E. Hereafter, 0.015 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted as here-tofor at a point N. 1320 ft. W. 1870 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 20, T35S, R3E, and used for the same purposes as described heretofor within SE14.SEV4 Sec 20. T35S. R3E. The original application was filed for 0.1 sec.-ft., however, the applicant has filed proof and is only perfecting .015 sec.-ft. of water. 40020 ( 97-1455) William H. Peck. Hillside Rt . R4E, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 20.0 acres within WttNWVi SWI4. Sec. 35, T33S, R4E. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol.
