Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Willlm H. Peck, Hillside Route, Prescott, Arizona, has filed with the State Engineer App. No. 40010 ( 97-1454 j to appropriate 0.045 sec. -ft. of water in Garfield County, State of Utah. The water is to be diverted from an 8-ln well, 300 500 ft. deep at a point S. 900 ft. E. 200 ft. from W"4 Cor. Sec. 35. TSSS, R4E, and used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwaterlng of 3 hones and 12 cattle and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 1.0 a-cre within NWftSWU Sec. 36, TSSS, R4E, SLBAM Protests resisting toe granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed la duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114 on or before August 15, 1970.
