NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR CONFIRM A TION OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY Probate No 1919 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petition of Dale L. Wilson, Administrator of the Estate of Zelma M. Wilson, deceased, for an order confirming sale of real and personal property has been set for hearing on Friday, the 2nd day of May, 1969, at the hour of 9:30 AH., in the Courtroom of the Garfield County Courthouse at Panguitch, Utah. By said Petition the Administrator alleges that he has sold, subject to confirmation by this Court, to Leo Wilson, Eecalan-te. Utah. aU of the following described real and personal property for the sum of $26,000 00. $10,00000 upon confirmation of this sale by the Court and the balance payable $2.000 00 annually, together with interest at six (6) per cent per annum on the deferred declining balances: The following described real property, water rights and grazing permits and privileges In Garfield County, State of Utah: Southeast Quarter of Section 54, Township 35 South, Range 3 East. Sa't Lake Meridian, containing 160 acres. Together with the Alvey Wash Decreed Water Right. Southwest Quarter and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2. Town-ship 36 South, Range 3 Bast. Salt Lake Base and Meridian, containing 240 acres BLM Permit for 85 head of cattle for winter grazing; BLM Permit for 50 MUe Mountain for 90 head of summer grazing; BLM Permit for 26 head of winter grazing in the Upper Cattle Allotment and Forest Service Permit for 31 head of cattle. Any person Interested may appear and show cause at the aforesaid time and place why said petition should not be granted or why in the interest of the estate or those Interested therein said property should not be sold; Any person desiring to appear and enter a higher or better bid for said property may do so and in the event any higher or better bids are received in Open Court the Court, upon determining that any of said bids are either higher or better bids for the property described above, will sell the same to the person or persons offering such higher or better bid.
