Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer for right of exchange and to appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. Right of Exchange No. 136 -Richard L. Tangren, 3114 E. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, Nev. seeks a right to exchange 28 ac.-ft. of water represented by 2V6 shares of Capitol Stock in the West Panguitch Irrigation and Reservoir Co., whose rights are evidenced by the Sevier River Decree, page 21. The water has been stored in the Panguitch Lake Reservoir in NE14SW14 Sec. 34, T35S," R7W, and used as a partial supply for irrigation purposes as described by the decree. Hereafter, the 28 ac.-ft. is to be released from the Panguitch Lake Reservoir in NEUSW14 Sec. 34, T35S, R7W, and In lieu thereof 28 ac.-ft. is to be diverted from an 8-in. well, bet. 50 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 400 ft. and E. 50 ft. from S y4 Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R7W, and used for the domestic requirements of 100 cabins in a recreational and fishing area. To Appropriate: 35292 - Bureau of Land Management, Kanab, Ut. .07 sec-ft. from an unnamed spring, trib. to Calf Creek to Escalan-te River to Colo. River at a point S. 65'00'W. 2410 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T34S, R4E. The water is to be used for culinary use by persons using recreational and camping facilities at the Calf Creek Camp Ground in SEV. Sec. 1, T35S, R4E. 35502 - Mayo Rich (Pines Service) Ruby's Inn, Ut. .015 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 75 and 150 ft. deep at a point N. 75 ft. and W. 1400 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R4W. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of 10 tourist apartments and a dwelling, for service station and irrigation, all uses in SE M said Sec. 34. 35589 - United States of A-merica, Forest Service, Ogden, Ut. .0157 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 150 and 200 ft. deep at a point S. 52"03' E. 1050 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R4V4W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before November 30, 1963.
