Show Happy-Go-Lucky Summertime Keglers Keep Popping Pins MEN'S SUMMER LEAGUE Wednesday night,, July 13, produced no changes in the league's standings. Yardley's Insurance took 3 of 4 from Bill's Texaco, but maintained their one game lead as second place team. Bryceway Ready-Mix also took 3 of 4 from Harry's Conoco in a battle for the number 5 slot. Kaibab-Crofts knocked off Bern's Blacks 3 of 4 to take that slot. High man for the evening was Pat Dix as he rolled a 573 series and a 213 game. Glenn Leach rolled a 199 game and Gabby Moore 191. Second high series was rolled by Jack Coper with 502 and Glenn Leach was third with a 494 series. LADIES SUMMER LEAGUE Team standings at the end of the one-half mark in the second session of league play are, Cameron Tours, 17-3; Al's TV Repair, 12 -7; Panguitch Bowl, 11H-8V4; Panguitch Drug 7-13; and still tied for 5th place Is Flying M and Tebbs Jewelry with 6-14 each. Al's TV Repair rolled the high total of 2034, Panguitch Bowl 1958 and Cameron Tours had 1955. Colleen Orton had the high single game of 200, second high was Gloria Itheaume with 180 and Donna Peterson bad third high with 177. The high 3-game total was rolled by Phyllis Mclnelly, 474; Gwen Crofts had second high with 455 and Donna had third with 437. Dolly Henrie League Secretary FUN NIGHT Too many bowlers were horse racing last Friday so the alleys weren't filled but the ones that were bowling boasts of a "good time had by all." First place at scotch doubles went to the team of Pat Hancock and Bill Lemley with the total of 827; second high went to Violet Robinson and Ike Lc-Fevre with 820, and consolation went to Pat Lemley and Scott Robinson.
