Show CANNONVILLE PAT THOMPSON Betty and June Nelson were in Salt Lake last week. Fern Henderson has a quilt on. Bob and Artls Evans of Hatch visited Sunday with her parents, the Irving Johnsons. A banquet was held Saturday evening to help the scouts with their expenses. ( continued on back page ) CANNONVILLE (continued) John and Nola Davis spent the weekend with the Kendall Duttons and the Lark Reynolds. Elva Clark was in Panguitch Saturday visiting relatives. Gloria Clark and her moth-er, Lora Johnson, visited In Es-calante Friday with Wilda Brown and family. Fern Henderson went with them and visited her daughter Golda Cottam and family. Making trips to Cedar City were Mae Twitchell and Mel-da Davis, Edgar, Lee Ida and " Alice Dunham; Joe and Violet Rae Hughes who visited their daughter and son-in-law, the Marion Llttlefields. Craig Twitchell, John Mathews and Bonnie Jane Mangum had birthdays this week. Steven Clark is home on leave, he is staying with his parents, the Marion Clarks. Mae Twitchell was in Salt Lake this weekend, she brought Bishop home with her to stay for a few days. Glcnda Fcltncr is taking care of her granddaughter Tammy again while her parents, the Lamar Feltners are In Salt Lake with her sister Tina who is ill. Guy Thompson, Craig Twitchell and John Fletcher gave talks in Sacrament meeting Sunday. June Nelson took the rest of the time telling about the Home Teaching program. Myrtle was in Panguitch Monday visiting friends. Laurie and Karmen Holley, Rachel Thompson, and Julia Hall of Cedar City were in Salt Lake this weekend to attend the wedding of Randall Shum-way, son of the Grant Shum-ways, former Tropic residents; the wedding was held in the Cathedral of the Madeline. Fae Ott of Cedar City visited her father, John Palmer, on Sunday. Garth Elmer was home last week to get some of his "belongings." |
