Show nATCH y Heva LowcUT The Clark Evans family visited here Saturday, enroute from Kanab to Ephraim where he has employment. Pat Dix and Wiley Huntington left Monday for Ephraim to work there. Miss Judy Gai Wilcock was a weekend visitor at Cannon-ville with the Sherman Davis family. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burrows left Monday for Woods Cross to visit the Gam Huntingtons. They will go on to Logan where he will attend USU. Danny Ray stayed here with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Evans. Mrs. 0. B. Huntington returned Friday from a two-week visit in Omaha with the Darol Allred family. She accompanied Mr. and Mrs. D. II Evans from Salt Lake after they spent a week at Yellowstone along with the Barton Swapps. On the way home they visited in Orem with Mrs Daisy Draper. Visiting here with the Evans' on Monday and Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Roundy of Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Anderson, his mother Mrs. Anderson and children of Salt Lake" visited for several days with La Prelo's parents, the L. L. Porters. '56 graduates from PHS of Hatch had a get-to-gether on Sunday: Myrna Riggs, Ilene . Riggs, Marba Lazenby, Elaine T. Riggs, LaPrele P. Anderson, Ireta Burrows, Gerald Wilson.' Mrs. David Sawyer, Mrs. Nile Sawyer, and their children, were in Kanab Friday for dental care. Attending a tri-stake genealogy meeting in Tropic on Sunday were May Sawyer, Dee , Wilson, Jesse Wilson, Eldon Porter, 0. B. Huntington, Wiley Huntington. Mrs. Wiley Huntington and daughters are home from Salt Lake where Lynne had eye surgery, she Is getting along fine. Visitors at the E. F. Turek home last week were his sisters Ada Walker, Alice Turek of Omaha, Vera Littleton of Chicago, Hilda Rlsney of Echo, also thr son Lt. E. H. Turek and family of Texas. Sam Evans left Monday In his trailer house for Oak City where he will be employed. Katherine Whitehair is here from New Mexico to spend the winter at the G. D. Wilson home. The Bob Evans family visited a few days at Layton and Pleasant Grove. He has purchased part of the W. Huntington property on main st. to build a home, Mrs. KllbUrn-Wilsbn "and Carol went to Las Vegas Friday to get Jolayne who was visiting there. |
