Should the bill ns presented become n law, It means an increase over the present membership as follows: Alabama, Ala-bama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Ida-ho, Louisiana, Michigan Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and West Virginia, one each; Illinois, Mas-sachusettcs, Mas-sachusettcs, New Jersey, Texas and Washington, two ench; California and Oklahoma, threo each; Pennsylvania nnd New York, six each. A majority of the members of the committee believe that this plan will prevail. |
