Show DELIGHTFUL WELCOME HOME PARTY. In honor of tho recent marrlngo of Miss Sarah Fowler and David 1 Squires, which took place In Los Angeles An-geles about thrco weeks ago, a do-llghttul do-llghttul welcome party was tendered the young couple at tho homo of Mr. and Mrs. .1. C. Whcelon Tuesday evening ev-ening of this week. At 7:30 o'clock, an excellont wedding wed-ding dinner, under the direction of Mrs. M. E. Campbell of Brlghnm City, who is recognized us nn export manager man-ager of dinner parties, was served and highly appreciated by all present. Tho fable decorations consisted of carnations, carna-tions, ferns and violets, while tho rooms of the residence wore decorated decora-ted in potted plants. ' Many useful nnd ornamental gifts were presented the young couple nnd a very pleasant evening was spent. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. I David P. Squires, Mi. and Mrs. .1. C. Whcelon Mrs. David Squires of Hrlg-, ham City, Mrs. Marriott Wood of rtonntllul, Mr. nnd Mrs. John Carroll, Mr. anil Mrs. Joseph Ilurns, Mr. nnd Mrs. Hiram Fowler, Mr. nnd Mrs. C. V.. Wardrop of Doweyvllle, Mrs. M. E. Campbell and daughters Celestia Jen-1 sen and Mamie Campbell of Drigham I City, Mrs. Alice West of Collinston, 1 Miss Mary Grover, Mrs. Chns. Drake of Collinston, James Wardrop of Doweyvllle, James Caggle, of Corlnno, Ed. Campbell of Drigham. Mr. and Mrs. Squires left Wednesday Wednes-day for Ogden where they will mako their future home. |
