In a statement mndo public Thursday, Mr. llrown quotes statistics showing that consumption Is increasing nt a much greator rate than production, and lik ens tho situation to two railroad trains traveling on a single track, ono train representing production, moving at thirty-six miles nn hour, and tho other representing consumption, mak-ng mak-ng sixty miles an hour.
