Show County Court. The board of county commissioners com-missioners mot Monday at 10 o'clock a. m. A petition was presented from A. F. Richins, et nl, of Grouso Creok, to change the county roard on Sections 21, 28 and 34, Tp. 18 N. R. 18 VV. was granted on conditions. U. C. Taylor presented petition peti-tion from residents of Promontory Promon-tory asking for a change of county road. B. Beatty, secrotary of the State Board of Health, asking tho board to appoint re-' re-' gistars of vital statitics. From R. C. Fryer of Dewey-l Dewey-l villo, stating that tho O. S. Ezra Harris appeared and stated that ho had been assessed assess-ed with personal property belonging be-longing to the J. M. Harris and Mary Ann estate. The matter of the tie vote of Oscar Rose and Jack Barnes for the office of the justice of tho peace ot Junction precinct, was considered and clerk instructed in-structed to refer them to Section Sec-tion 78, of tho compiled laws of Utah, 1907. The recorder's clerk's and VI ji auditor's report for tho month ( 'Jj of Novombor, and T. B. Beat- ty's report for October were prosontcd and approved. The bid of the Liberty Sheet Metal "Works of $105 for furnishing furn-ishing 35 lbs. rosin bld'ng paper for the roofing of tho court house was accepted. A. P. Hibbs presented application appli-cation for license to conduct a saloon at the Hot Springs. Upon Up-on motion ho was granted a license for 3 months. |
