Cooper nnd his son, Robin Coopor, charged with tho murdor of formor United Stntrji Senator Sen-ator R W. Carmack. Tho Jury on Friday acquitted John D. Sharp, a co-defendant. Immediately Immediate-ly tho dofonso moved to sot aside tho verdict, because of tho verdict of disagreement dis-agreement on Friday, and asWed tho court to declare It a mistrial. Judgo Hart said ho would listen to arguments argu-ments on this motion later. Hn thon fixed tho defendants bond nt $25,000 each, which amount was acceptable to both sides.
