W. Maughan to .vacate an order dismissing dismis-sing an appeal, rclnstnto case and hear It. John P. Owens nnd Joseph Orgll .woro found guilty In tho Jus-tlco Jus-tlco court of Box Eldor precinct on July 28, 1908, with violating town ordinances of Garland nnd woro flnod, but appealed to tho District court of Box Elder County on the ground of Inck of Jurisdiction of tho Justice court. Judgo Maughan dismissed tho caso and tho Supromo court holds that such cases must bo tried in the Justice court of tho precinct in which tho offonso 1b said to have beon committed com-mitted nnd uphold Judgo Maughan Salt Lake Tribune. Tho abovo was a tost caso nnd ths cases of Grovor ot al, which however, woro not nppealed to tho Supreme court, will of course como under tho sarao ruling.
