WATER TANKS BURST. Water Rushes Down Street, Causing Death and Destruction. Parkersburg, W. Vn. One whole family was carried down n street seventy sev-enty yards, their house being torn ah most to pieces, yet all escaped except ono girl, who suflcred a broken collar col-lar bono. Tho two tanks contained the entire city supply of water and a fnmlno Is now Imminent. Tho damage will amount to between $200,000 and $250,-000.
