Which would bo tho better material ma-terial to use for walls, concrete or brick and comcnt? What thickness would be required? The thickness of wall required for wnter tank depends upon thrco things First, the character of the mntcrial composing tho wall; second, tho depth of water to be contained; third, the -diameter of tho tank. If mado of brick' with good cement mortar, the wall' of the tank should be at leaBt 12 Inches thick, nnd should -bp laid on a very strong and solid footing. If made of concrete, tt should bo 15 Inches thick. |
