Show Missionaries Honored. Tuesday Evening at the ward hall I E Prlbblo nnd M M Jensen, who have been laboring as missionaries in this city and vicinity, wore tendered a pleasant, pleas-ant, social in appreciation of their labor hero. The hall was tilled with friends who came out to pay their respects to these lirethern. Hp W L Grover presided presid-ed and following Is tho program carried out: SInglni by the choir "Arlso O Glorons Zlnn," Prayer by A 11 Gleason. Singing Sing-ing "Count Your Hlcsslngs." Opening remarks by Hp. Grover, who stated tho object, of the gathering and expressed appreciation of tho work dono by the mlssonarlfs. "Wo Thank Thco'O God for a Prophet," Pro-phet," muslo arranged by Jos Kiikham was rendered as a qnartclt by Jos. Kirk-ham, Kirk-ham, W II Crandall, Mary Wanless and Mantlna Jrnsen. Solo "Fear Not, O Isrcal, Miss Essie Evans, I B Prlbblo made a few remarks and stated that ho deemed It n prlvclege to be called as a missionary to this ward. Had enjoyed his labors. Solo "Excelsior," Mrs. Mario Wing. M M Jensen expressed himself as being much p'cascd with tho royal treatment that had been accorded him by the people peo-ple of Garland and vicinity. Trombone Solo "Afterwards," Lcsllo Grover. Encore. "Drinking Song." An elegant lap lunch was then served and all present engaged In social conversation conver-sation and in partaking of tho refreshments. refresh-ments. After rofr aliments a vlolltrsolo, "Remember "Re-member Me," was rendered by Jos. Kirkham. Encore "Mocking Bird." D B Foulgcr then gave a toast to tho cooks and waiters and Wm. King toasted the missionaries ns "Our Guests." The congregation joined In singing "O Ye Mountains High." "Good Night" was rendered as a quartette quar-tette by Mr. and Mrs. J J Shumway, Mrs. James Thompson and F D Welling. Benediction by Bp. John Larseu .
