Tho pollco took him Into custody cus-tody on tho chnrgo of Intoxication nnd found among his belongings n wallet filled with Russlnn bank notes. When tho prisoner becamo sober ho voluntarily volun-tarily confessed that he had headed the band of nineteen men who robbed tho Mutual Credit bank of Moscow.
