Salt Lako City At Sunday's session of the conference of tho Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Apostle Francis M. Lyman nnnounced to the enormous crowd In tho tabernacle taber-nacle that Apostles John W. Taylor and Matthias F. Cowley had resigned nnd that their resignations had been accepted last October, becauso they were out of harmony with their quorum quo-rum and with the presidency of tho church.
