Show William H. Harrison and J. N. Christeneen of this city, by their attorney, at-torney, S. K. King, have filed In the First District court, a suit against Hannah Pyne and H. S. Pyne, also of thiB city, prayin that the court declare that the transfer of property (their home) from H. S.Pyne to his wife made on January 2, 1894, is fraudulent; that the purchase of sixty-six twenty-five-dollar shares in the Excelsior Drug & Paint company and the holding of same by Mrs. Pyne also be declared to be fraudulent; that the sixfy eix 1 shares be declared to be the DroDertv of II. S. Pyne and that the same be subjugated sub-jugated to the payment of the judgment judg-ment obtained by William Harrison on October 22, 1894, in the First District court for $1,434.01 and $33.30 costs upon a promissory note signed by F. W. C, Hathenbruck, principal, and H. S. Pyne security. The members of the local W. S. A. are inyited to attend a reception given in honor of our delegate, Mrs. Manila Daniels, to be held at the home of Mrs Johanna Patten on Wednesday, the 20th instant.
