You are hereby required to appear in an action brought againstyou by the above named Jlaintiff, in the district court of the First udicial District of the Territory of Utah, and to answer theconiDlaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after af-ter the service on you of this summons if served within this county; or if served out of this county, but in this district; within twenty days ;otherwise;wi thin for tv days or judgment by default will be taken against you according accord-ing to prayer of this complaint. Tue said action is brought to obtain a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant, defend-ant, and for such other relief as may be.just and equitable. Plaimiff aliepes ihat the said defendant wilfully wil-fully deserted the 6aid plaintiff May 19th, 1806, and ever since has continued such desertion, and ever since said date the said defendant and toe said plaintiff have lived separate and apart.
