Show Trustee's Sale. Whereas, The Provo Lumber, Manu-facturine Manu-facturine and Building Company, a corporation of Provo city, Utah territory, terri-tory, by their certain deed of trust dated March 7lh 1S94, and filed for record re-cord and recorded in the office of the county recorder ot Utah county, Utah, on March 14th 1S94 at 10 o'clock a. m., in book 24 of Trust Deeds, page 158 to 162 inclusive, records of said county, conveyed to S. K. Thurman, trustee, the following described real estate, situate in Utah county, Utan territory, bounded and described as follows to-wit: to-wit: Commencing at the southeast corner cor-ner of lot one (1) in block one (1) plat 'A" Provo City Survey of Building Lots, running thence west 162 feet; thence north 80 feet; thence west 75 feet; thence south 80 feet; thence west 159 feet; thence north 12 rods; thence east 24 rods: thence south 12 rods to place of beginning. Also all of the south one-half of lot one in block two plat "A" Provo City Survey of Building Lots. Also commencing 12 rods west of the nortneast corner of block sixty-eight, plat "A" Provo City Survey of Building Build-ing Lots, thence south 12 rods ; thence west 3 rods; thence north 12 rods; thence east 3 rods to place of beginning. begin-ning. Also commencing 1.63 chains south ot the southeast corner of block 3 plat" A" Provo Citv Survey; thence south 30 min. west 1 chain; thence north 89 deg. 30 min. west 3 chains; thence north 30 min. east 1.30 chains; thence s uth 84 aeg. 35 min. east 3.09 chains to the place of beginning. Area 0105 of an acre more or less, and being iu section 12, township 7 south of range 2 east, Salt Lake meridian, Utah county, Utah territory. Also commencing 13 60 chains east,') and 26.70 chains south of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section sec-tion 2, township 7, south of range 2 tast Salt Lake meridian, running thence west 10 rods; thence north 8 rods; thence east 10 rods; thence south 8 rods to the place of beginning, containing an area of 80 squa-e rods, all in Utah county, Utah territory. In trust, however, to secure the payment pay-ment of its certain promissory note in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10, 000.00) with interjst thereon, at the rate of ten per cent, from date until paid, said note being dated on the 17th dav of February, 1894, payable on demand to A. O. Smoot, the party of the third part in said trust deed, and being described in said trust deed; and Whereas, Said trust deed provides, pro-vides, among other things, that in case of default in tbe payment of eaidprom issory note, then upon the application of the leeal holder of said promissory niterit shall be lawful for said trustee, or his successor in trust, to sell said premises or any part thereof at public auction at the front door of tbe county courthouse, in Provo City, Utah, first giving twenty days notice of the time, terms and place of sale and the property prop-erty to be sold by advertising in some newspaper published in Proyo city and upon such sale to make, execute and deliver to the purchaser thereof a deed in fee simple of the property sold, and Whkeeas, The payment of said note has been demanded, and default in the pavment thereof has been made, Now therefore, pursuant to the power in me vested by said trust deed, and at the request of the Deseret Savings i5anK oi bait Lake city, utan, the legal holuer of said note, I, the undersigned, S. R. Thurman, trustee, hereby give notice that I will, on the 18th day of June 1894 at 2 o'clock p. m., of said day at the front door of the county courthouee, Provo city, Utah county, Utah territory, sell the said real estate, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, at public auction, to the highest; bidder for cash in hand, to pay the expenses of said trust, including reasonable attorney's at-torney's fees and the amount of the principal of said note, with interest at the rate of ten per cent, from the 16th day of February 1894, and will make conveyance to the purchaser of said premises.
