Show MARSHAL'S SALE-PURSCANTTOANOR-ilL der of sale and decree ot foreclosure to me directed by the District court of the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, I shall expose at public ale, at the front door of the county courthouse in the city of Provo county of Utah and territory of Utah, on the 1st day of February. A. D. ltS94, at 12 o'clock M., all the right, title, claim and interest of A- O. Glazier, and Martha H. Glazier of, in, and to the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Provo city, Utah county. Utah territory and described as follows to-wit: Commencing two (2) rods east of the northwest corner of block ten (10), plat "C", Proyo city survey of building build-ing lots; thence east five and one-half (5',4) rods; thence south-twelve (12) rods; thence west five and one-half (!)') rods; thence north twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning, containing con-taining an area of sixty-six (U6) square rods. Together with all the tenements.heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining. To be sold as the property of A. O. Glazier, and Martha H. Glazier at the suit of R.
