O'Urien, f r whom a warrant I to arrest was issued by Magistrate J)ev-lin J)ev-lin several weeks ago, on a charge by Manager Post, of the Tubular Car Company Com-pany of Rraddock, Pa., of embezzlement of stock, etc., . amounting to $":, HOO, j appeared before the magistrate to-day. The prosecutor failed to put in an ap- I pea ranee and Urien was discharged. Subsequenteventsshow the possibilities are that it Manager Post had put in an appearance he would now be in jail. A detective was waiting for him with a warrant, calling for his arrest on :i charge of embezzlement of $l7..r)U() For nearly two weeks Rrien and Post have been giving out to the public that each was on a hunt for the other. The warrant for Post yvns issued on tho loath of M. J. Gray, that Post as manager mana-ger tor the teel Tubular Car company I ' tiorrowed the above amount. since I then they have learned the money was I fraudulently obtained, hence the suit.
