A DisPATcn reporter, this morning, took a hurried glance through the extensive ex-tensive work shops and yards of the George W., Mickel Planing Mills, of this city, and found them enjoying a rush of work. Stacks of lumber and shingles of all kinds were seen in all parts of the yard, the majority of which stuff conies from Oregon.
