The Provo Lake Resort will open Tuesday, May 5, 1891. 'During the day two or three bands will be present to discourse music, while a properly prepared program will be rendered, consisting of music, speeches, singing, recitations, etc. The finest steamer in the west will make regular trips on the lake. The pavilion pa-vilion will be illuminated with electric elec-tric light, and altogether it will be the finest resort for pleasure in Utah Territory. Ter-ritory. Plenty of shade, plenty of refreshment, refresh-ment, plenty of recreation and no foul odors to greet the nostrils, go to make this TnE resort of the country. Row boats will be furnished for those who delight in rowing. All the county are invited to be in attendance on the opening day.. |
