Show 1)lOHATE NOTICE-IN THE PRORATE 1 Court in and for Utah county. Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Thomas Fenn. deceased. Order appointing-time appointing-time and place for settlement of final account and to hear petition lor distribution. On reading-and filing-the petition of Martha Inn administratrix of the estate of Thoma? Fenn, deceased. setting-forth that she has filed her final account of her administration upon said estate in this Court; that all the debts of said estate have been fully paid, and that a portion of said estate remains to be divided di-vided among- the heirs of said deceased, and praying- among other thing's for an order allowing- said filial account and of distribution of the residue of said estate among; the persons entitled It is ordered that all persons interested in the estate of the said Thomas Fenn. deceased, de-ceased, be and appiarlefore the Probate Court of the County of Utah, at the court room of said Court, iii the County Court House, on the 6th day of June, s!d. at PI o'clock a. m., then and there to show cause why an order allowing; said final account and of distribution should not be made of the residue of satd estate among- the heirs and devisees of the said Thomas Fenn. deceased, according" to law. -It is further ordered that the Clerk cause notices to Ik? posted in three public places in Utah Countv. and a copy or this order to be liublished in The DispATCii. a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah County, lor three weeks successively prior to said Uth day of June, 1W1.
