Show PROBATE NOTICE. IN THE PROBATE Court, in and for Utah county, Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Martha Klrkham. deceased. Order appointing- time and place for settlement settle-ment of Hnel account and to hear petition for distribution. On reading-and filing the petition of James Kirkfccm administrator of the estate of Martha Kirkbam, deceased, setting- forth that he has filed his final account of his administration ad-ministration upon said estate ' in this court that all the debts have heen fully paid and that a portion of said estate remains to be divided among1 the heirs of said deceased, and praying: among1 other thiugrs for an order allowing- said flnul account and of distribution of the residue of said estateairong the persons entitled. It is ordered that all persons Interested in the estate of the said Martha Kirkham deceased, de-ceased, be -and appear before the Probate court o! the county of Utah, at the courtroom of said court, in the county courthouse.on the 10th day of February 1894. at 10 o'clock a. m, then and there to show cause wbv an order allowing- said final account and of distribution 6hould not 1, niddo of tue residue of said estate among- the heirs and devises of said Martha Kirkhain, deceased, according- to law. It is further ordered that ths clerk cause notice to be posted in three public places in Utah county and a copy of this order be published pub-lished in The Dispatch a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county.four weeks successively suc-cessively prior to iaid 10th day of February J.
