"The Arch Coal Teacher Achievement Awards Program allows members of the community an opportunity to say 'thanks' to a teacher who made a positive impact on their lives," said May. This is the sixth year for the Foundation's teacher-recognition program in Carbon, Emery, Sanpete and Sevier counties, which surround the Skyline, Dugout Canyon and Sufco mines operated by Canyon Fuel Company, a subsidiary of Arch Coal, Inc.
