Former Spanish Fork Mayor and State Representative Tim Moran will turn 90 years old on Aug. 8. A birthday celebration and dinner was held in Moran's honor on July 28. 2008 at the Primrose Retreat in Spanish Fork. Moran's four granddaughter's from Copenhagen.
