result of mandatory garbage pickup approved Monday by the city council In related action the council voted to close the city's landfill and participate in the new Sevier County landfill beginning September 1 or when the facility opens whichever occurs later Salina City will enter into a three-yecontract with White’s Sanitation of Richfield for garbage pickup within city limits Home-owneand home business operators will be charged S12 per month for the service which will be included in utility bills sent out by the city Duplexes will be charged S24 per month The charges represent a S10
