Bountiful, Itah (Color) BY THE TIME you road this, there will be only three more weeks for the annual Salt Lake Tribune Summertime Snapshot contest just three more weeks in which to pit your snapshots against the rest of the Intermountain Area for a chance at some really big awards This week, the Tribune is announcing the winners in the second of the three big color snapshot contests, as well as the ninth week wine ners in the weekly black-and-whit- Its easy to enter competition. ALL YOU have to do is pick out the snapshot or snapshots you think are worthy and mail them in to the Snapshots, The Salt Lake Tribune, P.O. Box 867, Salt Lake City Utah, 84110, and let the judges do the rest. Just a few reminders. You must write your name and address on the back of each entry, and remember that in the color contest only prints are acceptable. Entries may be any size up to 11 x 14, and should not be framed. You must have a negative or a slide for your entry, but do NOT send it with your entry. If your snapshot is a winner, you will be asked to send it in. The prizes in the big Kodak International Newspaper Snapshot Awards (KINSA) contest are duplie cated for and color entries. First award is a trip around the world for two plus $1,000 in spending money. Second prize winners get a trip through Europe for two with an extra $500 to spend. Third placers vacation for two weeks in Mexico with $250 in spending money. Fourth' place winners re- black-and-whit- y y At the close of the contest judges will take another look at all the weekly and monthand will sewinners color ly lect four in each category for entry into the KINSA contest. The eight also will receive local awards of $25 each.
