Consider the following: On the morning of April 1, something happened in Ogden Valley that has never occurred before. An entire phase of a major development was made available and it almost sold out — literally. By early afternoon, more than half of the phase had sold out with several reservations placed as well. Moose Hollow Condominiums at Wolf Creek, unques- tionably the biggest PRUD village to immerge 1n this new market 1s now arguably the fastest selling project in the valleys’ history.
