(Phelps) Luchin and big brown eyes. He had an extended stay at the hospital for a few days. Heath and Carol chose the name of "Matthew Roy" for this precious little son. Matthew has a big two year old sister, Sidney, who loves to help take care of him. Their home is in Reno, NV. The Mrs. Utah Pageant is an exciting and rewarding program that recognizes Utah's married woman and is the official state preliminary to the prestigious Mrs. America Pageant. According to Tana and Diane - Ritter, Herrington Executive Directors, "We have had a number of contestants from Kamas participate in the past, but as of today we are still looking for a Contestants range in age from 23 to 72 years. Many of our contestants have children, others do not. Our reigning Mrs. Utah has four children! "They enter the pageant to fulfill goals" says Ritter "and maybe a few dreams along the way.
