Born May 22, 1894 at Peoa, to Joseph Thomas Palmer and Martha Minerva Barnum. Married James Francis Smithies Nov. 6, 1912. He died in 1948. She worked in the Relief Scoeity and was a Visiting Teacher until she was 80 years old. Was a member of Izetta Jane Palmer Smithies Survivors: two sons. Basil and Rped, Kamas; three granddaughters; 4 great grandchildren; two brothers, Alvin, Seattle, Wash.; Alden, Meridian. Idaho. Funeral services were held ... the Kamas Ward Chapel Monday at 1:00pm.
