Friday afternoon scouts am d leaden set up camp. In the evening. Jack Wood and the Order of the Arrow scouts did OA tap outs. Then the scouts and leaden met as stakes for the campfire programs, with special emphasis on the meaning of the Scout Law and Promise. Saturday morning started with a flag ceremony and then a reveille race. Winners of tho new scout race were Sam of troop 250, 3rd place; Aaron of troop 268, 2nd place; and David of troop 257, lit place. Winners of the scout race were Cody of troop 268, 3rd piece; Kick of troop 250, 2nd place; and Mitch of troop 257, 1st place. Leaders end OA took the chal-lenge Monsen, end Gabby Hayes coining out winners. After the race, scouts attended four stations working on the geology ment badge. Deboer and Barbara Hamblin directed the station on Earth Materials; Russell Griffin did the station on Earth Processes; Tom Bruton did the station on Earth History; snd Doug Howard did tho station on Geology and People. After lunch, scouts went on s treasure hunt, took a tour of tho Stillwater Dam, and helped the Forest Service with cleanup of campgrounds in the area.
