Agency offers aid to low-inco- me families Rural Development, an Agency of the USDA offers programs to Duchesne County residents. These programs include the regular direct housing loans for low and very low income families. The respective income guidelines vary depending upon fomily size. For a family of four, tho low income ceiling is 530,800 and the very low income ceiling is $19,250 for Duchcsns County. Guaranteed loans are available for moderate income families. The income ceiling for a family of four is $48,150 for Duchesne Coun- ty The local Rural Development office is located in Vernal at 80 N. 500 W.
