Lara is a 1994 graduate of Union High School. She is attending USU, majoring in English education. Ryan is a 1992 graduate of Skyview High School. He served an LDS Mission to Papeete, Tahiti He is also attending USU, majoring in math education. Card Of Thanks The family of Leon Ross would like to thank the Roosevelt City Police Department, Uintah Basin Medical Center, Home Health and therapists for their help in the home. We would like to thank all these facilities and them staff for all of the extra efforts they have given our family since the accident. We really appreciate all of your assistance. A special thanks to Lloyd Nelson and Alice Heater for the help with Sheri's wedding. Their help is what made the wedding possible. They fixed up special rooms for us. He served a mission for the LDS Church in Oakland, California and will revive his Associate of Applied Science degree in Commercial Art from Utah Valley State College later this month. Aimi ia a 1996 graduate of Uintah High School. She attended Utah Valley State College last year where she was a member of the Rodeo Team. Joe and Aimi will make their home in Logan, Utah where Joe ia employed as an illustrator fin- the Herff Jones Yearbook Company. Ashby had served for the past two years as Chairman of the Uintah Basin Private Industry Council. Earlier in the year, the Private Industry Council voted to trasferits .oversight responsibilities to the Regional Coundl. Ashby has served fro several years in different positions on the Private Industry Council Prior to serving as Chairman, he served for two years as let vice chairman. Ha said he has enjoyed the opportunity to serve, and looks forward to seeing the Regional Council continue to improve the programs and services offered to clients. The Uintah Basin Regional Council oversees the activities of the Utah Department of Workforce Services, a newly-create- d department within state government The new department includes Job Ser-vicOffice of Family Support, Jobs Training Partnership Act (JTPA), and Turning Point 789-474- 2 POOR- - |
