Tibbitts, West Valley City, are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Kimberlee Anne Tibbitts, to Shawn Philip, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernell A. Buchanan. Shawn and Kimberlee were married November 14 in the Manti Temple. They will be honored at an open house at the LDS Institute building, 35 North Union Street, Roosevelt, November 21 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The couple will make their home in Salt Lake, where both of them are employed. During the Tuesday noon luncheon, the "FuntasticB" (Clogging Grandmothers), Vernal, entertained the seniors with several numbers. Hollis Hullinger welcomed the group. The group consisted of Anna Massey, Jean Oaks, Veda Hatch and LaWana Blackburn. Beverly Merkley was unable to be present Three members of the group are s, and the rest are grandmothers. they entertained at the center, they were invited to Stewarts Cedar Crest Care Center. The residents were excited about the performance. One resident, Cathy After day. The group sang "Happy Birthday" to her, and the band played on. Lynn Truman played in the band, as Dale Rosa was gone. Keith Adam 8 was on the sick list. Last Thursday at Bingo, Mildred Matako and Ann Hamilton furnished cake and ice cream to celebrate their birthdays. These ladies do a lot for the seniors. All senior citizens are welcome to come to Bingo, pool, noon luncheons and dances. This is your building to come and meet your friends each week. Another couple tied the knot last Friday night in Vernal. They were Jay Searle and Alberta Ross Wiln in the liams. Jay is Basin, and Alberta is the mother of Dale Ross, who is the drummer for the dance band and works for KVEL. The couple plan on making their home in Vernal. well-know- SOON TO BE MARRIED-Bobbil- yn Thompson and Jason G. 21. November married will be Saturday, Hogge ThompsonHogge Bobbilyn Thompson, daughter of Brian Thompson and Brenda Cook, and Jason G. Hogge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hogge, Centerville, will be married Saturday, November 21. A reception will be held that evening at the First and Fourth LDS Ward in Roosevelt from 7:00 to 9:00. Friends and family are invited to attend. Bobbilyn is a graduate of Union High, and Jason is a graduate of Viewmont High, Bountiful. They will live in Salt Lake. She will continue her education at Salt Lake Community College. He is attending U.of U. Cuch, told the group they looked like the "Golden Girls." Those who were there agreed that there is a great resemblance. Cathy asked them to come and entertain again during the Christmas holidays, and they were booked immediately by Debra Marshall, activity director. CrisBell and Anna Whitmore, from UBAG, were gueBts. Hollis reminded the group of the commodities to be given out November 20. About 60 dancers came out Tuesday night. Thora and Cliff Olsen celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary by furnishing the refreshments; being it was Thoras birth- - RECENTLY MARRIED-Jo-di Lynn Mattice and Alan G. Winterton were married in the Jordan River Temple November 14. They were honored that evening at a reception at the Kearns Western Hills Stake Center in Kearns. There is to be an open house held in their honor at the home of Dale G. Winterton, West Highway 40, Roosevelt, November 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Jodi is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth R.
