A memorial eervice was held November 6 at St Johns Episcopal Cathedral, Denver. He was born in Roosevelt, Utah and attended the University of Utah and Rush Medical School. He served in the Army Medical Corps during World War II and subsequently practiced medicine specialising in obstetrics and gynecology in Denver until retirement. He was active in Masonic Emulation Lodge 154 and Colorado Consistory. He was a 33 degree Maaon. Survivare include hie wife, Betty, two eoni, J. Michael and D. Paul, three daughters, Judith A, Patricia and Elisabeth J., and an uncle, John Berber. Family suggests contribution to the Arthritis Foundation. SEMINARY COUNCIL-f- or Union. He was bom in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on May 24, 1933 and was raised in Denver, Colorado. He was in tha UJ3. Navy from 1950 to 1952 when he was released on a medical problem. He worked and lived in California, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona and Colorado. He is survived by his wife Deborah of Roosevelt, 5 children, daughters, Serena of Roosevelt, Cars Meloakio and Jeannette Boyd of California, sons, Gena and Glen of Roosevelt. Two grandchildren, two brothers, Bruce Hoffman of Colorado and Jayson Kuxhausen of California. Thera will be a memorial service at tiw Hoffman home at 11:00 s.m. Friday, November 23.
