Regional Director Clifford I. Barrett, in making the announcement, saidthat the Bonneville Unit is now completed to an extent to allow full delivery of 44,400 acre feet of water to fully satisfy the agreement until full demands of this prqject require the prqject water. The plan was executed Feb. 27, 1980, after reclamation and the EPA agreed that reclamation would develop an instream flow plan. It resolved the longstanding issue of leaving an adequate water supply in streams impacted by the Strawberry Collection System. The goal is to maintain approximately 60 of the historic trout habitat Subsequent studies determined that would take about 44,400 acre feet of water annually. Regional Director Barrett want on to say specific plans necessary to implement the instream flow agreement have been worked out between reclamation and the Cen ROOSEVELT CITY Continued from page 9 Other than tentative approval for the chamber tree plans, the city couldnt provide much else in the way oflabor or fun ds for the project, due to the tight budget situation.
