The Center is appropriated operating funds by the State Legislature. ENROLLMENT FEES: Beginning Winter quarter 1986, all students who are unable to pay tuition in full and who must defer their tui- -. tion and fees will be required to sign a deferred fee note and pay a minimum of $50.00 toward tuition and fees plus a $20.00 processing and billing fee. In addition, a financial hold will be placed on the student's college transcript. Students whose ac-counts remain delinquent may have their income tax return attached to repay the unpaid balance.
