November 6, 1985 Emergency Veterans Act gets extension An extension to the Emergency Veterans Job Training Act, recently signed by President Reagan, provides mine time for veterans and employers to take advantage of VA benefits.' According to Douglas Wadsworth, Director , of the VA Regional Office in Salt Lake the passage of this law extends the time to July 1, 1966 for veterans to enter a training program. Virginia was bom here in Bluebell to the late Anna and Ralph Winkler and spent her early childhood here in Bluebell. Lois will be going to California to serve an 18 month LDS mission. On the way home from Vernal, the Ropers ran into a herd of horses up the Ioka Their car was very much damaged but the Ropers unhurt.
