A three hour workshop for Primary leaders and teachers of special children will be held Saturday, November 19 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt 2nd, 7th and 9th ward building located on 200 North and 400 West. The workshop has been planned and will be conducted by Sister Delpha A. Baird, Sister Mayre Beth Stevens and Sister Kathryn Harris of the Primary Geneal Board and is being sponsored by the Roosevelt - Roosevelt West and Duchesne Stakes. All primary workers, including the priesthood leaders over the primary organization, have been requested to attend and gain a greater knowledge of the role of the handicapped child in primary. Parents interested in the program are also invited to attend. Church News Myton Presbyterian Church The Community Presbyterian Church at Myton is a shared ministry serving area Presbyterians, Methodists, Baptists, Disciples and The Church of Christ Pastor is the Rev. Glenn Thomson. Church office is in Roosevelt at Bible, study begins Sundays at 9:30 a.m. and worship begins at 11 a.m. Evening services for the coming Advent season begin at 7 p.m. starting on November 27. Assisting with services this Sunday, November 13, the 26th Sunday after Pentecost were: Layleader, Betty Mart, sponsoring Elder Kay Smith, Elder Charles Fi field, and greeters Cal and Virginia Monks. Sarah was born in Knuckolls County, Nebraska, and Linda in Yon, Nebraska. Sunday wa welcomed their Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the rectory basement. There will be religious articles for sale, as well as decorations, gifts, crafts, and lots of baked goods.
