Merchants make Christmas plans Plana for Roosevelt's Christinas celebration and activities are well underway. Twenty-fiv- e decorated trees will be laced on the sidewalks of the Eusiness district and the individual businesses will be going to decorate to celebrate the Christmas season. The new Christmas lights wen installed on Main Street last week and will be lit by a special lighting ceremony on November 26.
