They also stayed overnight in Brigham City with son Kay and family. e Monty and Glen Johnson went to Salt Lain Sunday to spend some time with their father, Van Johnson, who has been a patient in the Veterans Hospital for the past week for surgery and treatment e Jolyn Haalem was home from BYU for the weekend. Calling on the Myron Haslem's from Salt Lake were Korean friends Mr. and Mrs. Hyum Paik and Mr. Jung Shen. e Rieta Lyn and Dale Humphreys and family were visiting recently with her mother, Rieta Hamblin and other family members, e Glenda Hall came from Salt Lake to pick up some items from her parents home and called on her unde Max to report her mother Verde improved and being out of the. hospital as of Saturday and at Glenda's home in Salt Lake. Her neighbors and friends are sending their wishes for a continued imj ment and that she can return soon. e Clell and Carolyn Woodward and daughter Alisa and Remo and Deem Hamblin went to Salt Lake Saturday to attend a family dinner held at the home of Dan and Katie Plath. Dan Katie are sisters, , and a Nid and Jirrie Nielson ' are enjoying their new home. They have a lovely . double wide which was delivered and set up where they had a trailer home in MontwdL e The Seventh Ward Bazaar and Fair was a big success held Saturday evening with booths, Christmas items, and all kinds of baked goods and candy for sale. A beautiful quilt was presented to Bishop Dennis and Hazd Jensen, a project of the Young Women of MIA. Each family in the ward was asked to make a family tree Mock and. the result was something : may have numbers on chapters and verses instead of fractions a certain scripture. Most students praised the seminary program and what it ' was doing for them. There are over 260 students at Union participating this year in seminary.
